Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Cupping therapy

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which involves decompressing soft tissues, (unlike other forms of massage which instead compress), by using a vacuum suction.

The process is in the name - the cup gently sucks your skin and LIFTS underlying soft tissue into the cup. It has a range of benefits, including the relief of pain, decreasing toxins, and improving circulation.

A fantastic way to restore balance in your body, cupping is great no matter who it’s for, from those currently training, to anyone just wanting to relax and unwind!
